How to Request Deletion

To delete your Moodcloud account and associated account data, send an email from the same email address used for your Moodcloud account to:

pixelirkmedia@gmail.com

Use the subject line Moodcloud Account Deletion Request and include the email address linked to your account.

Data We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your Moodcloud profile, including:

• Account profile details, such as display name and email address.
• Saved interests, preferences, and personalization settings.
• Reading activity, badges, streaks, and app interaction history stored for your account.
• Optional profile photo data, if one was uploaded.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. Public RSS/news content is not user account data and may remain part of the general Moodcloud service.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify account ownership.
